Grape Pie
I had never heard of it either. It's totally yummy though. It's like cherry pie only made with concord grapes. It was served with vanilla ice cream. A delicious dessert even for a non pie lover like me.

Try this one, it looks easy:
CONCORD GRAPE PIE
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 c. concord grapes (cut) seeded but not skinned
Combine sugar, flour and salt. Add egg and mix with grapes. Place in unbaked pie shell and dot with butter. Add top crust. Bake in hot oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 20 minutes longer.
